Abstract

º» ¿¬±¸´Â Á¤¼­¿Í ÀÎÁö¸¦ Á¶À²À» À§ÇØ °³¹ßµÈ ÀÚ¾ÆÃÊ¿ù ÇÁ·Î±×·¥(Non-Dual Therapy: NDT)À» û¼Ò³â ¹ß´Þ Ư¼º¿¡ ¸Â°Ô ±¸¼ºÇÏ°í, È¿°ú¸¦ °ËÁõÇÏ´Â µ¥ ¸ñÀûÀÌ ÀÖ´Ù. º» ¿¬±¸¸¦ À§ÇØ Gµµ U½Ã¿¡ À§Ä¡ÇÑ Ã»¼Ò³â ±³À°±â°ü¿¡ Àç¿ø ÁßÀÎ ÁßÇлý 28¸íÀÌ Âü¿©ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¿¬±¸ ´ë»óÀº ½ÇÇèÁý´Ü 14¸í, ÅëÁ¦Áý´Ü 14¸íÀ¸·Î ±¸¼ºÇÏ°íµ¿Áú¼ºÀ» °ËÁõÇÏ¿´´Ù. µÑ°, ÅëÁ¦Áý´Ü°ú ºñ±³ÇßÀ» ¶§ ½ÇÇèÁý´ÜÀÇ Á¤¼­Áö´É°ú ¸¶À½Ã¬±è ÁÖÀÇ ÀÚ°¢¿¡ À¯ÀǹÌÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ¼Â°, û¼Ò³âÀ» À§ÇÑ Âü³ª¸¸³ª±â ¸í»óÇÁ·Î±×·¥ÀÌ Ã»¼Ò³âµéÀÇ Á¤¼­Á¶À²°ú ÀÎÁöÁ¶À²¿¡ ±àÁ¤ÀûÀÎ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÃÆ´Ù.
º» ¿¬±¸´Â NDT¸¦ û¼Ò³â ¹ß´Þ ¹× ½ÇÁ¤¿¡ ¸Â°Ô ±¸¼ºÇÏ°í, ±× È¿°ú¸¦ °ËÁõÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ÀÇ À¯¿ë¼º±îÁö Á¦½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¾ÕÀ¸·Î Âü³ª¸¸³ª±â ¸í»óÇÁ·Î±×·¥ÀÌ Ã»¼Ò³âÀ» À§ÇÑ ½É¸®Ä¡À¯ÀÇ ¹æ¹ýÀ¸·Î Çб³ ±³À°°úÁ¤À̳ª Àç·®ÇнÀ ¶Ç´Â ¹æ°ú ÈÄ È°µ¿À¸·Î Æí¼ºµÇ¾î ´Ù¾çÇÏ°Ô È°¿ëµÉ ¼ö Àֱ⸦ ±â´ëÇØ º»´Ù.

This study aims to verify the effectiveness of the Non-Dual Therapy (NDT), a program designed to tune emotion and cognition according to the developmental characteristics of adolescents. The participants of the study comprised of 28 middle school students enrolled in a youth educational institution located in U city of G province. The study subjects consisted of 14 participants in the experimental group and 14 participants in the control group, and the homogeneity was verified. Mindful attention awareness and emotional intelligence tests were conducted before and after the implementation of the program, and the effect was verified by dividing it into quantitative analysis and content analysis. For quantitative analysis, SPSS 22.0 statistical program was used. For content analysis, the results were presented through a data analysis based on group and individual session activity sheets, interviews, and program activity contents. The results are as follows. Firstly, NDT program for adolescents has been systematically constructed suitable for teenagers based on expert guidance, and thus, the reliability and validity have been secured. Secondly, compared with the control group, there was a significant difference in emotional intelligence and awareness of mindfulness in the experimental group. Thirdly, the NDT program had a positive effect on emotional and cognitive coordination amongst adolescents. This study constructed the NDT program based on the development and the situation of adolescents and verified its effect and usefulness. In the future, it is hoped that the NDT program for adolescents can be utilised in various ways as a method of psychological healing through school curriculum, discretionary learning activities or even through after-school activities.
